Although only 25 years old, Dominic Schoemaker has already shared the stage with Philipp Fankhauser (CH), Aynsley Lister (UK) and Marc Broussard (USA) toured Chicago from bar to bar with blues legend Bob Stroger, won the Promo Blues Night in 2016 In this, Schoemaker had worked as a member of various blues bands for eight years,
learned his craft and developed his talent for lead and rhythm guitar. The last twelve months he was touring with his own band and an exciting audience with his showmanship and instrumental skills. The guitar playing of Schoemaker shows a maturity that approaches his years: exceptional tone and phrasing, subtle, yet inciting when necessary. It is therefore no surprise that it is one of the most promising newcomers in the Swiss blues scene. On 23 November 2018 he released his first full-length album "Dat is Cold" with six Original Compositions and two songs from the multiple Grammy Award winning American songwriter, Dennis Walker.
