Betsy Pecanins (born in Yuma, Arizona, EU) es una cantante de blues mexicano-estadounidense.
For this beginning of a new stage in her career Betsy chose to make a Blues album, the genre she has always loved, made a selection of her favorite blues and looked for the right accomplices, who had to be musicians with great skills, knowledgeable of soul music and sadness, and supported by a bluesman named Dwight Carroll, guitarist and composer who appears on the album two pieces, in addition to being the arranger and musical director.
To start, clear your ears and get in confidence, there are two super classics of Blues "I'm a man" by Muddy Waters "that in Betsy's version is" I'm a woman "and favorite of your server favorites "Stormy Monday" by Chester Burnett, the famous "Howlin 'Wolf", both pieces are interpreted impeccably by Betsy and company.
After the two pieces of Carroll are presented, the first a blues-reggae and the second a slow blues of excellent manufacture, then come pieces by Leroy Carr, the great J.B.
