Rens Newland's roots were in the 1960s Blues, the Electric Blues of John Mayall, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix and in Holland Cuby & the Blizzards or Living Blues. He always tried to keep this deep music feeling in all his projects and styles, So now he picked that up and shows all these ways of BLUES: Delta Blues, Funkblues, Rockblues, Jazz-,, Fusion-Blues...most vocal, some instrumental!
