Righteous Continental is all about old school vibe, passion, and energy.
It's blues but louder, more relevant, and more energetic. Righteous
Continental was originally intended to exist only for a single
performance on UConn's WHUS Radio- a live performance of a few tunes on
the day that guitarist Ryan Newman and drummer Mitch Igneri met for the
very first time, via their mutual friend Tim Leffingwell. By the end of
that day, however, the band had recorded the first four tracks of what
would become their debut album, Psychoactive. Just over a year later,
the trio, along with producer Brian Eldridge, are proud to bring you the
fruit of circumstance and hard work. Enjoy.
