Papa's Paradise is an indie Rock Blues band from kuopi, Finland that began operations in late 2013. the band is led by guitarist-singer-composer Pekka ”Papa” Kortelainen. Papa has influenced various R & B, rock and indie formations since the late 1970s: Metal Griffin, cereal Kossander & Osula, strange pace, Black Cat, Jortikka and men, Tapsa & vagabonds and the Clay Bay Wolves. The Clay Bay Wolves released three albums (2008, 2009, 2012) and one live DVD. The band went to number two on the US music charts and visited several festivals in Finland and abroad. Metal Griffin released the single in 1982.

Papa's Paradise is composed of bassist Kari Palokas and drummer Juha Laitinen. They've already played with Papa in several ensembles before. Papa's Paradise's music is based on Pekka Kortelainen's compositions and lyrics, he also sings the songs. From the beginning, the band's goal has been to perform their own music.
